"It’s Hilton. It’s a better hotel. The service was exceptional and the facility and room was very clean. Staff was very helpful, especially Aaron. I asked for a different room because the first suite was dated and the view was limited. I was assisted with kindness and professionalism. I was able to park nearby for a nominal fee at a convenient store. I plan to stay again, but it was a 10 minute walk to the attractions we visited. "

We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. "This was my first visit to Niagara Falls. I attended a conference at the Sheraton Hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view and an in-room jacuzzi. The room was well used and old. "
