"Best place i stayed in India. Staff were excellent, professional but not over attentive, nothing was too much trouble but they didn't keep interrupting and asking if all was ok every 2 minutes. It was personal service, they didn't keep sending messages to ask for reviews every two minutes, the room had actual light switches instead of having to control all through a tablet. I am definitely going back next trip. Loved it!"

"This boutique hotel is nicely decorated, comfortable and impeccably clean, our room on the 3rd floor had prefect Wi-Fi reception. Efficient check-in, even though we arrived 3 hours later than expected at 4am and thoughtful call the next morning before the breakfast service closed. The plate of cookies with a hand written welcome note on return from our first day sightseeing was a lovely touch. The staff in the breakfast room and restaurant were polite, friendly and helpful. "It was adequate, but only adequate. The bathrooms, whilst superficially clean, we’re not well maintained. The rooms were ok, but quite dark and the beds not comfortable, it was also noisy outside. There wasn’t much in the vicinity of the hotel, but it was very close to a metro stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and arranged a driver for us who provided an excellent service. The restaurant at the hotel is also very good. "

"We booked in for a week and checked out after about 7 hours. It is a filthy dump, there is no hot water, the breakfast is prepared in a filthy unhygienic kitchen with no standrds of hygiene. The pictures of rooms must have been taken ten years ago as it doesn't look like his now. We left and went to a decent hotel around the corner!"
