Had 2 rooms side by side. One room had been updated to a nice floor and everything worked. Other room was opposite.handle falling off balcony door, could not open. Toilet set almost off. Tank running continuously, hair drying was tripping power circuit phone was dead. Could not call out. No clock radio.

This resort needs a serious upgrade, it smells horribly , beds are not comfortable at all. A lot of problems here, only good thing is there’s a lot of pools and hot tubs to relax and enjoy.

The whole place could be awesome with better management or just management that cares. Check in was a mad house. Trying to get towels was a problem both for the room and at the pool. Beach access was great though and there was plenty of things for the kids to do.

This property is a decent place to stay. The only complaints i have is there were cocroaches in the inside pool area. The out side pool area in the evening needs someone cleaning it they have people doing it during the day. The outside hot tub needs some tlc in the one corner as well. The room was clean just needed more than 2 towels. But they were more than happy to have cleaning bring some up.

I habd a very good experience at the Landmark. The price, location and amenities made it a very good value. I stayed in room 1417, which has been remodeled recently. Excellent views, comfortable and quiet. I would ask for this one again.
