"This hotel and it's staff are absolutely wonderful, only small hiccup was our room wasn't ready almost and hour after check in, but they made up for the inconvenience in a big way and made our stay even more fantastic, and I'm grateful for that, can't wait to be back"

"The stay was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was great. The only issue I had was the metal railing on the side of the bed stuck out and I hit my leg on it. The place was clean and plenty of room. We will be going back. "

"We arrived on a Saturday early in the day. There were problems with the hot water all through the weekend. We were nicely taken care of on Monday as they moved us to another building. Having said that, we think they need to have a more immediate response to addressing the issue at hand for the comfort and experience of their customers."

"Stayed at Breakers Resort - Dunes loc (4 fl hotel) on May 2nd - May 5th. Late Birthday Chk-In, past 10pm. Drove up to registration, an older man reminded me to take photo of my plate for parking tag. I was instantly greeted w/smile by “Haley A “ who chk’d me in quickly & presented me w/coupon book including breakfast vouchers. The registration area was very clean and organized. "The property and it's staff were great. Our room however was very loud. We were right behind the elevator, which we heard every time it went up/down. The room was on floor 2, so we were able to hear a lot of road noise, mainly motorcycles at night. And we were just above the dumpster so we heard the trash truck every morning. I would stay again, but I would request a room on a higher floor and away from the elevator."
