"We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, along with the many pools and feeling like we were on an island. The staff was outstanding and very accommodating. The morning breakfast was good, but could have had more fruit available. We needed to have the tv & phone reconnected & the maintenance staff was there very quickly. "We arrived on a Saturday early in the day. There were problems with the hot water all through the weekend. We were nicely taken care of on Monday as they moved us to another building. Having said that, we think they need to have a more immediate response to addressing the issue at hand for the comfort and experience of their customers."
