I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. It was a chaotic check in day and they upgraded us for no additional cost and were very accommodating and lenient with loading area time limit. Cleanliness could be improved as the room we were in had a dirty floor and the balcony still had pigeon feathers and feces in the corner. Overall I had a good experience and would stay again.
