This property was fine except for it could use some updates in the rooms. The since looked like it has been broken and they tried to glue it back together instead of replacing it. The tub stopper was broke. The room need to be updated.

the room has to be better checked from the manager. I found a problem with the door inside to provide privacy when we are on the toilete, didn't close. Also the toilete tank didn't flash good. About clean, could be better. Just what they need it is a little proud on their work. The people from the front desk, are extremely professional, educated and helpful.

The front desk clerk Leneka was very nice and professional. The first room smelled terrible but Laneka did not hesitate to move us into another room. The breakfast was very good and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend to others

On first floor room 100. These are pet rooms so they use some heavy chemicals to clean. It was so strong that it gave us all headaches, absolutely disgusting smell. Went to front desk to try and switch rooms but hotel was fully booked and they could not move us, said they would give us extra IHG points but then said they couldn’t bc we booked third party. Hotel is run down and dirty. Rusting and moldy. There was a bag outside the hallway across from our room that appeared to look like a dog poop bag that stayed there the entire time we were here, although multiple staff walked right past it and did not clean it up. Also wreaked of weed throughout the hotel.

Hotel was nice
Check in was very easy, staff was friendly! The room was nice only problem was the floor need to be swept better. I found hair on the bathroom floor & near the sink. I also found hair in the shower. I ended up wiping everything down & swept myself. Other than that the stay was very nice. Awesome breakfast, pool was great.

Family Beach Trip
The staff was very friendly. My only concern is there was a dog that barked a lot. The breakfast was okay. The rooms are okay. I would stay here again if in the Myrtle Beach area again.

The hotel and room was nice, however, it smelled of marijuana in the hallways and outside of the hotel. We shoved towels under our door to try to keep the smell out of our rooms.
