"The room smelled like someone had been smoking when we checked in but it was able to be aired out, and staff was very willing to try to help when we told them about it. The location is just a few minutes from beaches and parks which was a lot of fun! There were a lot of U turns completed on this trip, including when coming to the hotel from the south side (which isn't my favorite)."

The staff and manager, made sure that we didn't feel insecure about booking for the wrong days. They then also gave us a discount, since we were already in a bad place mentally, given the funeral. Then on top of all the kindness they already treated us with, they made sure that we could keep our same...
