"My two night stay in TC for a family members surgery was much easier because we stayed at a comfort, friendly and clean hotel. ALL staff were super pleasant and helpful…breakfast host was so sweet, she kept the breakfast area well stocked and clean. Desk staff were friendly and fast, check in was easy. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant, always greeting us with conversation and smiling plus I noticed they kept themselves busy. I was impressed by the amount of staff that were present. The facility is in great shape, looks like many new upgrades. The pool area was clean. Hot tub was great but the pool was too chilly for our liking (this is the only thing I could find to make a suggestion about lol). Our room was comfortable, clean and well supplied with the essentials mini frig, microwave, coffee, blow dryer and comfy beds. Thank you for a great stay! Whatever management is doing it seems to be working well! All staff deserve a pat on the back! "

"We stayed here one night. Hotel was clean and centrally located and walkable to other attractions in the area. It was a sunday night so the street was busy and full of people, you'll definitely find something to get into if you are a night life person. The only thing that was annoying was their amenities fee. Its about 27 per day but since we stayed one night we didnt use the wifi, gym, comcast or any ot the other things it includes except parking which we didnt even move our car once but I was aware of it before booking so it is what it is. Overall decent hotel. Would probably stay here again"

"This had an excellent pool and hot tub area room was very nice. Breakfast was dropped off at door in morning I think it was a great idea however micro wave in room did not work so we could not heat up are breakfast so we left before they sent someone to fix it. but beside that issue it is avery nice place to stay "

"Great place! Very convenient with their shuttle service! The rooms can have some good deep cleaning, such as washing the curtains, cleaning the sticky carpet, and take the hair out of the drain of the shower. For $500 a night I would have expected at least that! "
