"The hotel is beautifully decorated, comfortable and convenient to the train station. Staff were very helpful, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and well maintained. "

"A very clean room with a large bathroom and separate toilet, and a heated towel rail. The staff were all very attentive and spoke good English. It is close to the Schlumpf museum by tram. The food was very good. We would happily stay there again."

"Hotel was very near the train station. Was given a tourist card which allowed me to travel foc on the buses and tram for the period I was in Basel. Breakfast was good. "

"Though the room was small (as expected), for the price the room was absolutely perfect and just what we needed for one night. It was exceptionally clean from the moment you walk into the lobby to the hotel room as well, and it’s nice there is 24 hour reception area. I will mention there are lots of shady people in the Basel train station area (nothing to do with this hotel) but it was sort of a surprise compared to the other cities we saw in Switzerland so please be aware. "
