"It was our 25th anniversary and one of the people Jeanine had gone out and got us a bottle of champagne, a couple of wine glasses, an arrangement of flowers and chocolate covered strawberries and balloons. Not to mention the fact that were two swans shaped and folded out of towels sitting on our bed. She, and whoever else helped, as well as all of the other staff, went above and beyond any other hotel I've ever stayed at in over 50 years!!!! This is our go to hotel from now until the end of time until whenever we go to tampa bay......"
