The nice lady at the front desk was helpful and informative. She was very pleasant to deal with. Even made jokes. Definitely went the extra mile explaining the property and hot breakfast in the morning.

It was okay..it could have been more..scrambled eggs/ sausage/..yogurt on the machine..juice was watered down..no pastries..hostess donuts in a pack.. We turned the heat on and it smelled like rubber burning..we had to shut it off immediately.. everything was so damp..you would have thought that it rained a little in our room..when I asked at the front desk about the smell I was informed that they were replacing the TVs and it was the smell of the dust..it was more like mold. The TV was not working the last night..we only had it on once before..it was a big disappointment..my sister's and I went to say goodbye to our oldest brother who is rough way..I wanted to leave the first night! They did the least amount to pick up in our room..I would not recommend Best Western! I can say that the staff was friendly..

It something I think you might want to think about. You can park in the back. But there is no door to get into the hotel. Maybe a back door entrance. But over all the hotel is very nice and staff is too.

Exceeded expectations

I was in Bartow for an event and booked this hotel. I have a service dog and a service dog in training. They are very accommodating and asked me the correct legal question and explained only we can't leave them alone in the room, which is also within the ADA. The room was clean and comfortable. TV and AC worked! Very friendly staff at the desk

The remodel of the hotel was very nice since the last time I was there. The room was nice, breakfast was good and the bed was ok. My only issue was the side door to get in, the door slams loudly and my room was right next to it. People were coming and going all night, it woke me up every hour, so I did not sleep well. In my opinion that door should be locked at a certain time where you only have the ability to come in through the main lobby that late at night.

Business goes on during renovations. Great location between Mulberry & Bartow, FL. Traffic noise during the day (get that anywhere in Florida). Lots of parking spaces except by front door. Staff great, eager to please. Hot & cold breakfast available. Always a pleasant, comfortable stay.

Not great. Less than average for the price!

Problems with coffee in lobby. Not working all the time. Breakfast shutdown early. Yogurt machine not working at breakfast. Not good food at all. Best was being able to make a waffle. Free breakfast was a bonus since that’s one meal we did not have to eat out but food was not good. Not a cheap price per room to not have all tge amenities.
