There was no hot water at the property. They did not sale any white wine at their bar. They had an airport shuttle but would not take us to the airport.

Ullysses, service desk emp was so helpful. We are here in Miami with a large wedding party and Ullysses made sure we had transportation to another destination and back here. The lady that checked us in this morning was also great (sorry i didnt get her name) our check in time was after 3 the loddy was full and we got here at 930ish but the wait was so short, We were checked in Very early. We also had breakfast and popcorn which was delicious. Not to mention the price was half of another hotel our other Travel goup stayed. The room was very cleab and the bed was perfect i slept like a baby. Thumbs up 👍

I stayed only one night at the Springfield before a cruise. I was able to walk within 15 minutes to the drugstore to get a few items I forgot for my trips. There were several fastfood restaurants where I walked. There was also a restaurant in the hotel. The room nice and clean. I had a refrigerator, microwave coffee maker if needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bartender was awesome. The breakfast in the morning was decent. The shuttle service was effecient and got me from the airport and to the cruise port. I would definitely stay again.

I checked in today and it was pleasant actually. I was greeted by Jermaine. Check in was easy. They had fresh popcorn lol. We booked a suite and room was fresh and clean. Pool was clean. Plenty of fresh towels. The blue lagoon view was nice but they had 20 somethings back there smoking weed. Oh god. But overall the property was really clean. Smell well. No real complaints with my stay. Thanks SpringHill.

The hallway (5th floor) and the room had an unpleasant odor. There is not sufficient light in the desk area to do work. I had to fix my own toilet because it wouldn’t stop running and the front desk wasn’t answering the phone for me to report it. The hot water was out the entire time I was there and there were no accommodations or compensation offered. They said it was due to a county issue that they didn’t offer compensation but they should have told me that when I checked in since they already knew of the issue.

April, it's unfortunate to hear about the issues you faced during your stay. We regret any inconvenience caused due to the odor and the lack of sufficient illumination at the desk area. It's not a common practice for our guests to need to fix their own amenities, such as toilets, and we apologize that you found it difficult to reach our team. An uninterrupted flow of hot water is usually standard, and we're sorry you experienced otherwise. More so, unanticipated county issues can sometimes be out of our control, but we agree the communication could've been better. We appreciate your feedback and hope for a chance to provide a better experience in the future.
