Staff in the dining room were slow, indifferent. The ey kept forgetting to bring things we asked for and it took forever to get waited on most mornings. We finally went out to get breakfast elsewhere.
Condition of the rooms is a bit dated even though the rooms are big and comfortable. Pool area and pool are big but could use a refurb.
The best staff I’ve ever come across at any hotel. Check-in was great, room comfortable, quiet, and the Sunday brunch was amazing and Cesar the server was amazing and made it really fun, really great staff
This is hands down on of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything from the arrival up on to our departure was flawless. The valet was always on time, the room service was impeccable(also with the times) and the staff is extremely friendly.
They have done an excellent job or remodeling the hotel since Covid time.
One area I was dissatisfied was the breakfast. Limited menu compared to their buffet before Covid. Service was also average.
Exceptional service and property. If there is « perfect » in hospitality, Four Seasons Miami embodies it.

I checked out five minutes after I checked in because the room was unsatisfactory and requested a refund from Expedia and have not received a response yet so I would appreciate some follow up. Thank you.
Fantastic hospitality and professional management team. Our family enjoyed our stay with the Four Seasons and this property holds up to the FS brand.
