The property needs a major renovation; the room is old , only carrying out a restaurant, and the other one only limited food, three options buffet style. Don't work the money you pay.

I missed my reservation for a change of my working schedule a they did not accept any type of change, not a refund not a reschedule, absolutely nothing!!!! It was not fear at all, losing 150 dollars it’s a lot of money for a night. I am a permanent traveler, but no more to this place. Expedia tried to stick up for me, but the hotel refused to do any kind of help. Really sucks!

Not a good experience. Our sheets were not clean, we found hair, pee stains, and other stains. The bed frame was out of position and became a hazard. When maintenance came to fix it they discovered further mess(snacks, hair, etc.). The shower was also dripping all night long and the toilet did not flush well. The remote control to the tv was caked with dirt and sticky. The room was not stocked with towels for four people. The only accommodations made for these things, were another pair of stained sheets being placed on the bed, and free tickets to the continental buffet. This was disconcerting as cleanliness has been a core issue of our stay.

I have stayed at a lot of Hiltons and have always been happy, but this property needs a lot of work and updating. It’s very convenient to the airport. The checkin process was terrible. Checked in at 4:00 but stood in line for an hour or so because they were understaffed and helping people who were on an early check in list. Not well planned. The bed is very comfortable and we were surprised with a fridge and microwave in room which we needed. The bar area and restaurant were good with great customer service. We enjoyed the pool area. Overall Hilton needs to put some money into this hotel and update the rooms.

There was a 1 hour line to do the check in (only one person at the desk). Everyone on the line was very upset and some of them asked to speak to a manager who never came. I received a text message to get an electronic key with the app to avoid the line but to download the app, you need internet and to get internet you need the room number so this is a very stupid system. Internet did not work at all during our stay, it was disconnecting non stop. The restrooms downstairs were always dirty. For this price you can get a better hotel in the same area. I won't come again to this place. If I knew before, I would rather book another hotel.

Check in at this place is a nightmare. Waited in line for an hour or more. They had two people working but one receptionist was dealing with a huge party of 20 guests. They need more staffing, especially for a Saturday.

When I got into the room, the AC was not working, there was bedding not changed from previous customer it smelled very strongly of perfume that gave me a headache and made me very nauseous and the room didn’t even have a microwave. When I called the front desk they said they would send someone to fix the AC and bring up a microwave. No one ever brought up a microwave but they did fix the AC. At 9:45pm I called front desk because the people next door were so loud that they woke me up and had their children running up and down the hall past midnight, the front desk said they would send a security guard up to tell them to be quiet…. That never happened! Then every hour until almost 1:00am I was continually woken up until I finally knocked on their door myself and asked them to keep the noise down.

There is a large shopping center next to hotel lots to see. Only two eating areas and they close around 10pm no convince store open to purchase the drinks or snacks. Overall pleasant
