“Hidden gem away from the bustle of downtown!”

Before my arrival at the hotel, I was worried that I had booked in the wrong part of Miami. However, the hotel was so easy to find (just off Jn 34 of the Turnpike). I arrived early but the General Manager was so helpful and booked me in straight away. The room was fabulous - large, spacious and beautifully designed. Very helpful staff and guest laundry service which meant I could get everything done before flying back to the UK (after 3 weeks away). Helpful staff in the restaurant too. You need a car to stay at this hotel but I would recommend to all and will be booking again for a further trip to Miami in May 2011. Easy access to the Gulf Coast and the Everglades too!!
