Our windows are double glazed to keep out city noises, however we do apologise that your stay was not comfortable due to the noise you experienced during your stay. However I would like to apologise that your stay was not comfortable due to the loud noises from the club until the early hours of the morning. I have spoken to management and they will be speaking to the operators of the bar downstairs, so that this does not happen again. The Australia Day long weekend was one of our busiest times of the year, especially as the Australian Open final was on at the same time. We have dorm share rooms, private double and family rooms spread out over five floors. Thank you for recommending us to your 18 years and over friends. We hope to see you again another time. Regards

We have a choice of all the major Supermarkets within the vicinity as well as the South Melbourne Market within walking distance. Crown Casino/Entertainment Complex is 3 minutes walk away across from the Exhibition Centre. I'm glad you also found our friendly staff to be helpful.

Our opening hours in the bar are Wednesday to Sunday from 5pm until 1pm. Monday & Tuesdays the bar is closed as we have free popcorn movie nights, however you can buy drinks from reception.
