Room stunk like cigarettes. No doona on the bed...had the thinnest blanket and a sheet only. No spare blankets provided or electric blanket on bed so was cold. No sidetable to put phone or remote on. Very "interesting" permanent residents loitering around outside and on balcony. Very rundown room, bathroom door didnt close properly and button to flush toilet was broken and would get stuck and continue flushing. Plus there is a recycling plant next door-noisy. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

there was no cold water in the bathroom vanity sink tap had to turn cold water off completely to get any hot water in shower

Hi, It never ceases to amaze me how this is not bought to our attention until the guest leaves!!!!!!Makes me really angry . You were given a late checkout and you were still waiting an hour and a half later to be picked up.During this time I offered the room back to you if you wanted to make a cuppa.Very disappointed!!!

WHAT?? affordable, comfortable and clean.This is a budget motel. There is a 5 star motel nearby.,, pay the price next time . Value for money at our place

Turned aircon on and dirt and dust blew out into my face, no extra pillows no electric blanket no tissues coffee cups still had dirty stains in them and everything was dirty and old.

Roach motel
Arrived 3 hrs late and the was still not made up, so we had to wait another 15 mins will they cleaned and preped the room even though the room was paid in full before arrival. Power was shut off sunday morning so there was no hot water or lights after 7 am. The room stunk on cheap deodoriser all weekend.
Power out of our control, Terribly inconvenient for everyone! Check out our new website for updated rooms Under new management.

fine for what we needed it for, staff were pleasant, room was dates and not very clean at all. we only needed it to sleep in after a friends birthday so it was fine were us

Needs refurbishment badly
No Free Wifi as advertised. (one of my key renting objectives) Fixtures very old and have had repair on top of repair. Overall very run down. Was probably good 10 years ago.
