The staff were excellent and nothing was a bother. It was a shame the restaurant was open every night as the food we had from there on the first night was lovely.

We chose the property expecting breakfast. It was not included. We chose not to pay $44 and instead grabbed a bite at the airport before our flight. The shuttle service to the airport was good. The room was minimal but served our 12 hour stay.

Unfortunately far away from mid city areas. The location perfect close to airport, however, with shuttle service available. We loved the Happy hour and dining options. We also appreciated that desk service permitted cancelation without penalty.

We stay here often before we fly out on a holiday. Airport transport and being able to leave your car at the motel is very convenient. Rooms are basic for the price; they used to be reasonably priced due to the age of the rooms. Good for one night. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean.

Room was clean and had everything you needed; staff were helpful and friendly. However, the bed was terrible, the provided alarm clock and tv did not work. Place was really noisy, paperthin walls.

I just had an overnight stay but everyone from the shuttle drivers, to the desk clerk to the cleanliness and convenience of the facility to the airport made it a 5 star hotel for me. The facility itself is nothing fancy, but it is very well maintained and had a surprising nice onsite restaurant that served a good variety of entrees. The pasta dish i had was actually quite good.

Basic room but clean and quiet. Fridge was off at the mains and didnt notice at first so milk was luke warm as it took forever to maintain a cool temperature . Breakfast was excellent . Staff friendly and helpful . Good airport transfer.would use again

What a surprise to find such an excellent restaurant in a Best Western! I had a superb rack of lamb, not expensive. Otherwise, this BW lived up to the usual good standards in terms of rooms etc. Staff were very helpful.

Great airport stay
Most comfortable Best Western we’ve been to. The room was lovely, the bed was super comfortable, the staff were lovely and shuttle to and from the airport was easy and on time.

Convenient airport hotel
We stayed at this property at the end of a three week trip. It was conveniently located with regards to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The facilities were excellent with ample parking. Would definitely use this BW again when flying via Melbourne.

We stayed here for one night after landing in Melbourne. We were traveling with young kids. The three-bed setting is perfect for a family like ours. There are a nice swimming pool, laundry room, and a restaurant on site. The receptionists are friendly.
