"The hotel staff, from front desk, and valet were wonderful. Friendly and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and very clean. We talked about coming back to San Antonio and would definitely staying here again. We had a wonderful time as well as my elderly mother whom again the service was so helpful and made sure she didn’t fall."

"Hotel room was very clean and lovely. Location is ideal and very walkable to many attractions. Staff was responsive. Housekeeping could have been somewhat better but otherwise a good stay and would recommend. Currently city of San Antonio is doing construction in their lower area so the noise level was annoying during the day. "
