"This is a nice safe hotel that has excellent views of Empire State Bldg. it was easy to Uber from and convenient to access all the things. It’s a little dated there are no usb connections in the room. The fan on our unit wasn’t able to stay on so the room could get a little stuffy. And the bathroom door kept locking behind us and we had to use a coin to open. But most importantly we were safe. Better off using Uber than car service. Car service charged us more and the wait was longer. "

"Great stay. Quiet inside but could hear street traffic. Breakfast was very good. Although there were a lot of people in line for breakfast, they had a good system that got us seated quickly. Breakfast area is nice and big. Could not get temp in the room to fall below 68. Great for MSG events and Penn Station."

"Great location. Friendly and good staff. Bathroom is tiny. The sink is like a guest toilet half sink. Could be better designed to use the space. They only serviced the room once in 6 days and you HAVE to book that service. I don't think that's acceptable when you have a family of 4 sharing a room. There's no provision at all to hang 4 towels to dry so you end up drying off the next day with a slightly damp towel. I wouldn't rush back to this hotel but I guess it was ok value for what it was. "

"It was very close to time square & ability to walk almost anywhere or just jump on the subway one block away. Breakfast was a bonus & very nice saving us many dollar's for the week."

"Highly impressed by this hotel. They stored our luggage prior to check in, and gave us a complimentary room upgrade once checked in. Stafff was extremely friendly & helpful. Room was large, especially for nyc, and clean. "
