"The hotel is a fantastic location in the old town and convenient for Malmö central train station. The reception and breakfast areas are nicely presented. The room windows were looking inwards but had natural light. The gym is convenient and included in the price. It is in the basement. I did not use it. "Room was worn and not clean. Attempts to get a few things repaired proved fruitless. Staff responded straight away but then said they would have to come back later. They didn’t!!"

"Located on harbour but no sound can be heard in hotel. Foot passenger's check in at hotel for ferries. Room large and clean even if a little basic. Soap in holder as now the normal. Food provided in with price. Cake and coffee mid afternoon. Evening meal was very nice and plenty to eat. We left before breakfast so they packed a bag and left it for us in a fridge. The star of the show was the receptionist. Perfect English and very helpful and informative "
