Loved the location, as Copenhagen best enjoyed on foot. Hotel undergoing renovations, but no noise in evening and weekends. Apparently used to be a department store and found ground floor dining, lobby, courtyard so bright and airy. Breakfast buffet generous and varied - and if included with room, a real bargain. Staff very friendly and courteous. Loved my room. No negatives; would stay there again.

Great breakfasts, good location. Only downsides were the shower (awkwardly attached above a bath) and the soundproofing of the windows which didn't block out much of the noise outside (there was building work going on when we stayed)

The property was under construction. They gave me the first room that was either above or under a bowling alley. I could not sit in my room peacefully. I called the front desk they offer me a 5 th floor room near the construction zone. And still I could hear the bowling ball rolling. It is a shame to treat customers that way. think I was only offered those choices as I booked thru Expedia and not thru them directly Copenhagen is a beauty my time well spent there. Definitely I will go back to visit it again but for sure not staying in this hotel. They should name it the bowling alley not the HOTEL.

The hotel was fantastic and I was concerned about the noise levels as they are undergoing refurbishment. I wasn't once disturbed or heard anything relating to the construction or other guests. 10/10
