“Perfect business location”

A beautiful building, that is conveniently located for the airport, the commercial districts and local rail connections. Very comfortable room. Food and bar friendly and efficient. I really liked the ambient music in the corridors!

“Great Madrid Hotel...”

Great luxury hotel, great facilities and staff were brilliant. Only downside is that it's a little far out of the city, and the room service and bar are a little pricey, but overall a great stay....

“Cracking Madrid hotel”

Can safely say that this hotel was one of the most professional and best quality hotels that I have stayed at. The standard and location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the metro station for access to the whole of the city. The lobby bar was very good as was the service throughout the whole hotel.

“Great deal for the price!!”

Lovely hotel, VERY well placed for transport links to the city and the airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant menu was not particularly appealing (to me) though but there were some alternative options close by.

“excellent hotel”

Great hotel although a bit out of the centre. There is a metro stop just along the road so it is easy to get into the centre but it does take a bit of time.

“Madrid Eurostars Hotel”

It's a metro ride to centre of Madrid and metro stop is just a few mins walk from hotel. Location is the only real negative, but it's only 30 min journey so not not really a major issue. The hotel is faultless, but food and drinks are very expensive! We wanted to eat out so not really a problem. We did pay 7 euros for a jug of milk to replace the powdered milked provided with the tea and coffee faciliities in our room - I don't expect powdered milk in 5 star hotel! Gym is very basic but adequate and there's a park adjacent to hotel which was good for running. However, overall this is a great hotel and we had a very good deal which offered exceptional value for money. If you're happy to travel into the centre - the hotel is in Madrid's business district - I strongly recommend this hotel. The staff were great and helped us plan our sightseeing.
