Located centrally at St.Marks Road. Extremely courteous staff and very helpful front desk. Nice comfy rooms and a decent breakfast. Option of listening to soft music in the morning being played in the hotel (You can turn off the music too) As a business traveler - presence of shoe cleaner machine

Strategic Location, great hospitality and well organised!

Considering the price we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and cleanliness. The staff were very helpful and there were no issues with us checking-in and out in the early hours.

A beautiful hotel in a great location. The restaurant / breakfast buffet area is gorgeous, overlooking a pond / waterfall -- my kids loved looking for little frogs on the lily pads. (The breakfast itself was very good also.) Shops etc. are easily walkable from the hotel (or as easy as walking in an Indian city can be), but the hotel itself is on a quiet, "hidden" small street.

Comfortable and peaceful stay. Like the room expect for window view outside my room (facing another building).

I booked this hotel since it was located close to MG road where my friends and I wanted to be.There was an offer from Expedia (around INR 2500, instead of the usual 4k) and this sealed the deal. The rooms are compact, clean, well lit, and quiet. There was a split air conditioner but then the whole of Bangalore is 'climate controlled' at this time of the year is it not?! Ahhh... wish I could do that to Pondicherry! Yeah, the bed was a super comfortable spring mattress. The staff were very well mannered and helpful. Toilets were clean and there was a shower cubicle too. A safe locker, ironing board, and free WIFI sweetens the deal. At this price, one cannot get a better deal and I have rated this hotel taking this into consideration. The small balcony is really nice and this is where you can have the complimentary breakfast delivered to your room within fifteen minutes of ordering. The Western menu is quite decent. The balcony looks out to nothing spectacular but it is still nice. There is a little bit of noisy traffic but it does not bother you inside the room. The Ulsoor lake walkway is around five hundred meters away. We did not try out the Gymn. All in all, it was a good experience. I strongly recommend this budget hotel. Take the floors with balcony if possible.

The hotel is in a great location for business traveler around MG Rd and visitors. The room I was in was of decent size and basic decor. It is not an indulgent hotel however for short stays it was great. The staff was approachable and helpful, the breakfast buffet was basic but with some variety.

The hotel is located near the shopping area, which is really convenient. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. My room was satisfactory, and I was grateful for the free Wi-fi, though it could only be used on one device. the complimentary breakfast had a decent spread, and I had a good massage at the spa. Didn't manage to swim cos it was too cold.

I enjoyed my stay. When I first checked in, I was given a room that had a moldy smell. I insisted on moving another room and the hotel staff relented after showing some resistance. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had enough to satiate my special diet (paleo). The staff did everything they could to accommodate any special requests I made.
