"One of the main reasons we got our room was we wanted to be able to use the pool and jet tub for aches and pains. My husband has a work injury and myself and suffering from frozen shoulder so we wanted to be able to use the pool and be able to use jet tub after checking in which was also an issue because of going through hotels.com. we go downstairs in the pool is closed so that was disappointing. Our room was nice and very clean for some reason we couldn’t get the water to run cold and hot at the same time we don’t know why but in the jet tub, but we got it to run cold after the Jets were on. It was strange. The staff are not at the check-in desk when we got there it took a few minutes and they had to go find them, but everyone was friendly. I can say that everyone was friendly and I would still suggest them clean, friendly people, we enjoyed it even out on the patio having a drink from the bar."
