I have stayed here many times and as always the check-in went quick and smooth. The front desk staff are always so helpful, courteous, and professional. When I had told the gentleman, his name escapes me that I had been here many times, he said, “welcome home!” That was so nice!

Unfortunately the shower in our room had a handle that only turned from cold to not as cold. It was inconvenient having to change rooms in order to have a hot shower.

We love staying at the Microtel property. The staff met our request for a certain floor . Always clean! Only concern we had were , new direct tv remotes that didn’t work properly and tub drain had a problem draining.

While it was a very clean hotel, it had a very awkward room layout and felt very small with 3 people.

Steve, the evening receptionist, was exceptionally helpful in helping me print a letter. However, in the morning the breakfast set up was a mess. No cups for coffee, drinking milk, yogurt, butter, creme cheese. It looks like they were out of food by 9:10 or had cleared everything away. They were suppse to be open until 10 am!
