I asked 3 different people for replacement towels (two housekeepers and a front desk person who even took down my room number) and STILL did not get them, until asking again the following day. Note this was only because my minor daughter found some dried “brown stuff” in an otherwise, clean towel that seemed to go through the cleaning process but was clearly not clean. As I was opening my door late one morning, I was surprised to hear a bunch of expletives from the cleaning crew upon opening the door to a neighboring room. Regardless of what was seen, I realized at that moment I will not be staying at this property again. Otherwise, the breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was also friendly and had a smile. Interacting with them each morning was the highlight of our stay.

I always stay at La Quinta when I travel, but this one is not a good representation of the franchise. When we arrived our room door was open, like really open. I asked the front desk and they were fine with switching our room out. Got the new room and the sheets were stained and the room was not cleaned, had not been cleaned in months. Went to the front desk first thing the next morning, housekeeping came but only changed one bedding and I had to actually clean our room. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but I was disappointed in this stay

The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast offerings were amazing! We stayed in the suite which will be our choice of sleeping arrangements from now on. The best we have experienced in Lynchburg.
