Was told to the front desk toilet water leaking. But none follow up.before have 2 free water bottles in room. Right now nothing and $5/bottles if you order from the front desk. When you make a turn on the bed. Have noise coming out. It’s disappointed this time stay here. Too much down grade vs before

Our stay at Pacific Palms Hotel was overall quite enjoyable. The staff was friendly, check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.The rooms were comfortable and provided a relaxing environment after a long day of activities. Amenities were meh, ice machine did not work on our floor. House keep ladies were nice and worked with a smile.One area where the hotel could improve is in the area of cleanliness. While the rooms were generally clean, I noticed some areas that could use a bit more attention to detail due to being outdated.Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Pacific Palms Hotel and would consider staying here again on future visits to the area.

For a resort, this one was disappointing. The curtain doors were marked up and had tape on it. Some of the towels weren't clean. There was still trash lying around. Got a double bed when it was supposed to be a king bed.

I had a fantastic stay at Pacific Palms Resort! The room exceeded expectations with its spacious layout, and the bed was a dream—extra soft and plush for a perfect night's sleep. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant proved to be a culinary delight, offering a diverse and delicious menu. Overall, Pacific Palms Resort provided a memorable and comfortable retreat, blending luxurious accommodations with exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Be careful with your credit card at this hotel
This used to be a nice hotel, but the service has declined considerably. They overbilled my card and I told the person checking us out about the billing errors. She said she would handle it and she did not follow through. I have spent a week and several calls to resolve this and no one in the accounting department will call me back. The calls go straight to voicemail, and they do not respond to messages. I expect better from this hotel as I have stayed there repeatedly over many years.
