This is mine and my family’s second time staying bay this property. It is great staying here. The sat is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Love that it is in a great area with great shopping and restaurants in walking distance. When there isn’t a concert or something major going on it can be an affordable property to stay at. I will continue to book this property when visiting my son in Pasadena.

The lighting in the room was very dim, AC did not work, this is probably the only hotel that did not have Netflix only Chromecast so if your phone is compatible you can't connect to the TV.

All of the above. only problem was the strong smell of bleach in the hallway & room. My sister & I became nauseous & got a headache. i was fine once smell disappeared. Unfortunately she was sick the rest of the afternoon & evening which kept her from enjoying herself at our niece’s wedding.

Staff was excellent through out the state and national disaster emergencies during our stay. Our heat went out for 24 hrs and we were supplied with extra blankets and a portable heater. Again, staff, engineers, valet parking were especially attentive with my handicap condition.

The beds were comfortable. The barn style doors on the restrooms offered little privacy. It didn't appear that any vacuuming was done near the bed and there were dust covered fruit snacks between the night stand and beds. The photos on hotel.com would leave you to believe there was a self serve breakfast. There was nothing of the sort and the table service was friendly but painfully slow. The pool was warm but there were no pool towels available and when i asked someone for one they seemed confused, thankfully I had brought a personal towel with me just in case. The "available" parking was valet only. Which is fine but it would have been nice to know this before hand. The self parking has a fee as well and is a block or two away and run by another company so we chose to use valet. In total the parking cost us almost as much as a fifth night would have. Thankfully the valet staff was exceptional. I think it just wasn't what we had expected and that was disappointing.
