Good location but WiFi didn’t work, there isn’t conditioner in the shower, breakfast only some old bread, one fake butter and one Jelly, nothing compared with I saw on the pictures .

I think the room as pretty good, we stayed only for the night. Has a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was cereal, bagels and muffins and coffee and tea. Parking was $12. Husband really liked the rain shower head. Not sure where the pool was but prob to cold for when we went in spring anyways. Only complaint is that the room had a strong smell that I couldn’t place. Had to have my beanie on my face to be able to sleep though it.

There was only one hook to hang a towel, the corners in the bathroom were dirty, the sheets were thin, some staff was super friendly, others, not so much. The shower set up was not convenient to showering, the soap, shampoo and conditioner pumps were either empty or not working.

The room we stayed at had a weird odor to it, like humid locker room. The sheets had stains on them, it looked like blood. At check out there was a gas smell outside and was told it was the laundry room.

1 They CHARGE for parking! Unacceptable! 2. The room smelled like it was sanitized like a crime scene. THe odor was so strong it kept me up most of the night. 3. THe HVAC noise also kept me up at night 4. Only 1 thin blanket was available Will not stay or recommend motel

Could not bare to spend the night, the room smelled terrible, even though it was somewhat renovated, the smell was embedded to the walls, carpet, etc. Chose ground level for easier access, whoever was on the top level was either having a dance party or the floor was close to collapsing. Sorry, wish I had something better to share

Great room with jetted tub in the room and large shower with rain shower head. TV is difficult to figure out channels. Parking is $12. Corner room with jetted tub can be noisy because laundry is next door. Rooms not well insulated for sound, we could hear the upstairs guests walking around and muffled voices.

Besides the fact of being able to hear when someone else is in the shower. The staff is friendly the rooms are clean and smells clean upon entry. They accommodate us by opening the pool. Although they were short staff they were very communicative. It’s a great stay!

The window didn't close all the way, you can see the interior of the room from outside from the edges of the door. Its says breakfast included but there is only coffee, cereal, some muffins. There are water leaks on the aisles and it is slippery. They charge the parking $12 per day. The girl at the reception was getting make up besides attending the customers. The towels had red and black stains .

We loved the location which is why we selected this Hotel. We also discovered that it's a Motel. We were 3 adults and a child in one room surrounded by rowdy individuals on both sides of us. We were there for a family gathering and we were unable to rest. These individuals were up around 2am and then again at 6am. One staff member did communicate with one of these individuals in regards to smoking right outside our room and they temporarily moved. Overall the experience was unpleasant.

The hotel was ok. We spent most of our time at Universal and shopping around LA. I do want to say that you can hear pretty much all the noises that are going around at night. Staff is friendly and parking is accessible. Breakfast was ok.

the rooms had very few plugs for all our stuff we needed to charge. Breakfast we lacking, it was a continental breakfast, just coffee, toast, bagel and cereals. Staff was hosing the 2nd floor so we had to move our car and get it wall wet. We thought the place was just blah.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but traveling for 25 years this was going to happen someday. It’s a MOTEL but most of this area are motels no hotels.The room was bad, the smell in the carpet terrible maybe trying to cover urine or something else. I could not sleep at all i’m glad it was one “horrible” seven hours night. The bathroom is pretty small and the shower water spills all over the floor, no space for anything, no hanging or shelving, towels child sized and thin, no shampoo in dispenser, other dispensers not working. I paid $300 a night and they should NOT charge for parking. They need to redo and paint all the exterior and get rid of the old dirty smelly carpet. TERRIBLE experience. Pay a hundred more and stay somewhere else. 👎 Bed comfortable and new furniture and bathroom too.
