“Fantastic Hotel”

We had an amazing tme at the Four Seasons. We upgaded to a deluxe execuive suite and were thrilled with the level of comfort and service. Our only problem came as we were due to check out and our room safe wouldn't open. It contained passports, credit cards etc. We requested help and it took three phone calls before security arrived. They were not that helpful and were not confident that they would be able to open the safe. After several panic stricken minutes they called the engineering dept. Finally they were able to open the safe. If it had not been for this incident I would have given the hotel a maximum rating. Everything else was perfect.

“Superb hotel”

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location with friendly and helpful staff. Staff at the pool area were particularly attentive and welcoming. The Bvlgari toiletries were a lovely addition to the luxurious bathroom. We would recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again in the not too distant future.

“An excellent family holiday”

Hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful. Lovely breakfast and lunch on the terrace. Rooms were very comfortable. All in all an excellent three day stay.

“Lovely hotel”

The hotel is great, it is an oasis of good service, exceptionally clean rooms, comfortable clean elegant furnishings all in good repair, not soiled . When I arrived the room was in 'like new' condition, all in great order. Fine bed linens, great towels, and robes, heavenly spacious bathroom, all spotless. Just how you would like to find it. The room is a decent size, not huge, compared to other 5 star hotels in this price range. My only real complaint was the noise that kept me awake from the music played in the outdoor hotel bar/restaurant below my window. Even with the windows closed I could still hear the loud music and voices, until after midnight, and I was on the 6th floor streetside. I would suggest asking for a garden facing room on a higher floor if you are noise sensitive, I believe they have 19 floors. I asked for room change and management was extremely professional and helpful, gave me a room on the 10th floor streetside, as gardenside was a bit noisy that night since a wedding was taking place in the garden. The wedding party were lovely with beautiful music, so no excessive noise from them at all, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the new room, which was quiet , beautiful and comfy. You pay for a clean beautifully decorated hotel with spacious rooms and exceptional service, and a great overall experience here. Other than noise issue, it is a great hotel.
