"The staff was truly remarkable. We were instantly relaxed. Our bags were in our room before we were. Snacks in the room, a well stocked fridge with water and juice. A lovely bottle of wine. Amazing breakfast included and brought to the room in baskets. When we checked out, the staff got our luggage, brought our car around, had bottled water ready for us and warmed up the car - all with smiles. And the bar staff - great drinks and very heavy pours with the wine :)"

"Our room was great! Very clean and comfortable. It’s nice to be able to connect to our home subscription services on the tv by casting easily once connected to the WiFi. Our only complaint in the room was that it took several minutes of running the water to get hot water. The lobby and loft area is beautiful and very comfortable. "We went on the off season, but the restaurant in the resort was still open. The resort is right on the corner of the main street so it is close to shopping, dining, and Mirror lake! Very convenient. The parking was also very easy, and again put us right at main street so we walked to dinner every night. There is an indoor pool and hot tub at the main resort and also across the street at the Lodge. Staff was very friendly. Refreshments in the lobby and sparkling wine given to us at check in! "

"My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was how the bathroom was laid out. You have to get into the shower to turn it on, and outside of the shower the towel bar is placed higher than most I have encountered. Also I am not a fan of bowl sinks. However - the rest of the room was very nicely planned , and very clean. I had not been in years, and it was nice to see the property restored so well. I would definitely come back. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. "
