"The rooms are rather dated. The bathroom could use some remodeling. Overall, the stay was wonderful! The staff and their service is excellent. The property has security especially as the location is in the central of Kuta. The private beach and boardwalk are amazing. Morning and evening walks are a must. The boardwalk path leads to the city if you do not wish to walk towards it from the front of the property. That's a plus! Restaurants and drinks are good. Breakfast buffet each morning is a wonderful plus to our stay. Their menu changes daily to serve everyone's appetite - Indonesian, Indian, European, coffee, tea, water, juice. Must try the buffet. The hotel also facilitate our money exchange as well as booking of tours and restaurants. They are very accommodating to guests. The property also has a helipad which is a wonderful addition to the property. Have to keep that in mind next time."
