"The property is clean, the room is capacious, with almost all the necessity amenities. I was disappointed because of no microwave. Also, little bit away from the city center, which mean you have to take public transport to almost everything. "

"The location was very good, all staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very close to Petronas Towers, just a short walk away. Hop on hop off bus was just around the corner, stop number 8, well worth a 2 day pass."

"The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, slippers are not provided. On the bright side, the pool is excellent, complete with fun slides. The hotel's location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the Twin Towers in KLCC. Plus, there's a Starbucks within a one-minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff really make this hotel great! All the staff are wonderful including the conigrees (who arranged taxis, tours, luggage collection and delivery to the rooms), the door staff, receptionists, cleaners, waitress and waiters. They are amazing as they are all polite, friendly and helpful. Although the rooms are nice and spacious but they do need a deep clean in corners and around the edges of the room and there were a few stains on the carpet. "Staff members were most friendly and offered advice on where to go. The hotel has its own convenience store inside and the outdoor pool was clean and well maintained. There was a short cut from the main entrance to the Pavilion mall over the bridge and an easy 5min walking distance to the towers. Overall very happy with the facility and location. "
