The people were amazing.. Helpful and friendly. The room was lovely. Two issues i had was the wifi was very very slow and the tv programes were awful
Other than that i was very happy
Despite the best effort of the staff I personally had a horrible experience. On my second day whilst taking my morning shower raw began coming out of the shower head and subsequently filled the whole room with a pungent smell. Thanks to the manager I was moved from room 314 to 228. Apparently it's not the first time this has happened so it maybe a serious structural issue. The final straw in on leaving the elevator was not in working order. The response was " Ah well"!!!!

We have called in plumbing company that came out to access the problem you reported , the outcome was not at all raw but dirt built up in the shower head in room 314. Always well located for business in and around the Midrand area. Only complaint is the same as that of previous stays: on weekends (in this case Friday and Saturday nights) guests arrive drunk at 1 or 2 am and make a huge noise in parking areas and passages outside rooms and the security does not seem interested in tackling this. All 3 rooms I booked for this job complained about the same thing.

A very pretty facility.The room was clean and comfortable.
But I could not sleep 3 out of 4 nights because the other guests on my floor were loud and disruptive most of the night and the staff would not make them be quiet.

TV channels could include more movie options and maybe less sport.

We were there for a short business trip. The staff was very helpful and accommodating for the entire 3 nights. They allowed us to check in a little early which was great as we had early meetings on our arrival. It’s a great hotel to stay at, it’s near shopping mall, and gautrain station which was great for us.

Booked accommodation for one of our consulting technicians. He loved it and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and the staff friendly. The transfer services to the airport helped us tremendously due to the late check-in.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you only want a room for a night we were there on holiday and found the hotel had no bar no restaurant for an evening meal no Paul no garden to sit out and relax during the day there is an Irish bar next door where you can get a drink and something to eat and also a 15 minute walk to the Boulder shopping centre where they have everything you could ask for there the rooms are comfortable and air condition service great no complaints about hotel but would not stay there again unless I was on an overnight stay

The Hotel staff are the main feature that make this hotel worth staying. The Room was clean and good condition but no complimentary water.... otherwise the room is very pleasant. I spent one day doing shopping and the Hotel Taxi was excellent for service and support.
Overall reasonable location and facilities
Although we arrived late and had to leave early, we were made to feel at home. We even tried to extend our stay by a day but Hotels.com indicated that there was no room for the available for the date in question.

Although heard that hotel is old, yet everything is find for this hotel. Just I'm only face the the laundry return not in time, but hotel done a great apologize. However i realize there are some missing on my clothes. Is my mistake that do not check properly when they return and only realize when get home. Please make sure the laundry service can be better.
