Room was loud due to construction crew working at the end of the hall. Had booked a room with a kitchenette but did not receive. Continental breakfast was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. No instant oatmeal, yogurt or fruit. The egg pucks and “sausage” wasn’t palatable, muffins were frozen. Twice when we arrived there was nothing available to be consumed Then there weren’t any clean plates & when I pointed that out one of the staff took her bare hand & wiped crumbs off the plate & handed it to me. Gross!!! I refused the plate & asked for 3 clean plates for myself & my little nephews. Rooms only get serviced every 3 days which is lacking & should at least change out garbages every day Wouldn’t recommend

The building was under renovations so it was loud and smelly. The bathroom door needs to be replaced and or painted. The continental breakfast did not provide yogurt or fruit and they had limited options for cereal. The pool was nice and the staff were friendly over all it was a good stay, thank you.

We typically stay in Jasper to ski. We thought we would try Hinton this trip. The hotel was half the price and included a decent continental breakfast. A bit longer drive in the morning but would likely stay again.

Hotel was clean. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good. There were egg patties and sausage, toast, muffins, waffles, yogurt. Kids enjoyed the pool, unfortunately no hot tub. A good stay for a quick ski trip.

I feel like there was good value here for the price that I got the room at. I would like to see a little bit of an upgrade in the breakfast selection, including a waffle station to make fresh waffles instead of having store-bought toaster waffles.

Stayed here during a hunting trip. I didn’t have time to explore all amenities. What was provided was a clean, reasonably spacious room, good access, and a quiet night. Located just up from Downtown on the highway, dining wasn’t too far. Will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay - the hotel was almost empty due to a storm that same day which had shut down the highway turning many people around and away from Hinton. We were welcomed with a clean quiet room on the main floor. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only two downsides were the pool being under maintenance and that was the reason we stayed there....and the breakfast was bland and very few options. No herbal teas and the orange juice tasted like water. But the silence at night was worth everything after the day we had had on the highway with the treacherous drive. So - thank you Super 8.

I stayed for one evening for business trip. The check in was fast and efficient. The nonsmoking room was well equipped but did have a faint cooking smell. The staff were outstanding! I left my laptop in my room and they called me right away and kept it safe for me! I was so thankful and a great example of going above and beyond.

this hotel is very outdated as a super 8, i usually know exactly what i’m getting when i choose super 8, but this is an old one. pet fees are $21 per pet per night, that is atrocious. breakfast is very mediocre, you can get a much nicer hotel in hinton for the same price, shop around

The staff was great, helpful, polite. My family and I would definitely stay again. I wish they had a hot tub, personally, it would be nice to watch the children, from it. Super 8 has been a go to for my family and I. Thanks super 8 staff, for a pleasant stay.

This is probably the worst Wyndham property I have stayed at in terms of cleanliness. Bedsheets, blankets had stains all over, room/bathroom were not satisfactorily clean. The front desk people are not welcoming. For a tourist place and the amount they charge for such rooms was very disappointing. Also no elevators.
