We loved our cabin. It was spotless, fully equipped, quiet. Everything about it, we loved. All our stays while in Alberta were great. But this place, was way above.

Front desk told me that I need to pay $100 and She told that they bring it back when we checked out, I’m still waiting for the $100. We checked out 2 days ago. And by the way We checked in almost 5pm in the afternoon and when we call them what time we need to checked out they told us that 11am it’s unfair to us because we paid 3 days and 2 nights.

A lovely stay in a quiet location. Large room although bed was quite small and cleaning was a bit haphazard. Restaurant was excellent, as was the sandwiches you could buy for lunch. All staff very polite and friendly. Really enjoyed staying there. Large mugs, small glasses. Proper spoons would have been helpful.

This is a gem of a property. The bistro was amazing ! The staff friendly and helpful and location is awesome. If you want. A place to unwind - no tv but personal fire pits and cabins on the river. We will be back for sure.

One of our favorite places we stayed while on our Canada trip. Stayed in a Chalet with two separate bedrooms with a bath. It was great for the 4 of us. We liked that the bathroom sink was separate from the shower/toilet. We weren’t on the river, but easily walked to it and enjoyed the beautiful walking path along the river. The staff were great- we really enjoyed the daily firewood delivery and bought one of their smores kits - made it super easy! Elk walked around the property, and it felt like you were in nature. We highly recommend the restaurant on property. We weren’t expecting it to be that good, but wow- talk about great ingredients done exceptionally well. We shared all the dishes and ate there both nights we were in Jasper. Definitely plan a night eating there (or more!)

From check in to check out staying at the Pine Bungalows for three nights enhanced our time in Jasper. We enjoyed the wildlife all around the cabins and beautiful nature all around us. The rooms were very clean and well maintained! The fireplace, heated tile in the bathroom were a nice touch to supersede our comfort. The location was perfect to the downtown area. The staff were all so kind and helpful! Thanks for making our time in Jasper so lovely!
