It is a good hotel. Some renovations, brighter lighting, more ventilation would really make it an excellent hotel as the staff are excellent! The manager is the best and the most accommodating! She will do anything to make your stay comfortable! I am so thankful to the manager for making a difference and going the extra mile! Thank you kindly! We need more people like you! Forever grateful to you!

Honestly wouldn’t stay again, I was there 3 night and no one cleaned or checked my room. You have to pay for parking and on top of that they only have so many stalls and they over sold parking so no stalls even if you pay. The gym only had 2 treadmills and one didn’t work. Staff was nice but overall there are hotels close for the same price that didn’t charge for parking and had working equipment

For an upper mid level hotel, it was well maintained and has good services. My only concern was with chech in. We arrived at 3 pm. There were 4 people behind front desk and only one lady helped checking people in. 3 men did nothing to assist clients in line. After 15 minutes, one of the 3 men decided to assist me. They were friendly but front desk service left me with a poor impression.

Hotel is centrally located and only minutes from many of the major museums, etc., There are a number of good restaurants in the area. Was surprised to have to pay for parking.

Our stay was good overall. The breakfast was good. The carpets in the hallways and rooms have stains and need renovation and steam cleaning. There is no ventilation in the hallways. Additionally the lighting needs upgrading so that the place looks brighter! The breakfast, reception and internet are great! The TV in the room is very old and needs an upgrade!
