I believe that there is a mistake. because published pictures and hotel exactly same. If you chosed the Sultanahmet Park Hotel to accommodate it means you liked at least.

My stay at this hotel was terrible.. I left this hotel at 4 am after calling the police cause the reception employee entered my room at 4 am by using another key.. so i started shouting and crying before calling the police later!! I was really afraid and my body was shaking!! I have a document from the police that indicates what happened that night..

It was noisy (both the reception desk early in the morning and outside at night). The bathroom easily got wet and all of the towels were completely wet no matter how long they were hung up. The shower clogged up in 2 minutes, and if you didn’t stop the water, the floor would be all wet easily. They only gave us flat sheets as a blanket but it got very cold at night since it is November. No breakfast served and staff weren’t easily accessible. Tram station was a short walk away. It was ok but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Good budget accommodation in Sultanahmet
Simple but nice and convenient hotel close to the biggest tourist attractions in Istanbul. Staff were friendly and provided good service. My stay here was smooth.

A Little Gem
This is a sweet little hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the owner, they will sort you a taxi and which direction to take. So.e speak alot english and others not so much. But this hotel is right in the middle of some of the major tourist attractions, and lots of cafes and bars and restaurants. A very practical and easy hotel to use.

Stayed only one night, the staff were very friendly. Location was great Rooms had a few minor age problems, but for 1 night didn't consider a huge problem. wifi didn't work but again not a big issue for 1 Night. For the price and for a quick stopover I would return. If I was staying longer I would go for a better standard

Very cramped and old hotel
We stayed there for a night. Although it had a nice view of the Blue Mosque, everything else about this hotel was below mediocre. The washroom light was broken and was not fixed upon request. The rooms are extremely tiny and not enough space to walk. The furniture is run down and old and there was a an old smell coming from the rooms. Not a comfortable room !

I wanted to stay in the old city and this hotel was right there. Staff were friendly and obliging. I had no trouble with any contact with them. it was a great neighbourhood and close to several major attractions as well as restaurants and great corner shops

we were allowed to check-in early and were offered tea or coffee almost everytime we meet the staff. Overall, the hotel was good for money and offered many good services, you can also ask for lower price for some of their services. ;)

Good value budget hotel very close to amenities
Small hotel with compact, but adequate, rooms, Not plush, but fair condition and good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful (except youngish lady running the dining room). Breakfast is only 7 euros if not booked ahead - not extensive range but good healthy (if you want that). We hadn't booked breakfast, but management gave us the first one free. Accommodation comprises bedroom with bed + wardrobe + TV + Air-conditioning and good shower room with sink and toilet. Two bedrooms on each floor. On one is the the road, and those on the other side get an amazing view of the Blue Mosque, which is especially picturesque lit up at night. We were initially booked into the Road side, as hotel very full on the Saturday night; but, staff gave us wonderful surprise by secretly moving all our belongings to a room facing the Blue Mosque during our first full day! Staff also gave helpful advice on getting around (easy). Key sites just round the corner, e.g. Blue Mosque, Cisterns, Topkapi Palace, museums, towers... Grand Bazaar very near. Easy walk to the water, where you can have boat trips, walk over the bridge to the Galata Tower, or catch metro to anywhere, but particularly across the Bosphorus to Asia (10 minutes ride, for 4L - amazingly cheap). We chose public transport for the airport-hotel trips. Metro from Ataturk Airport direct to Aksaray station, walk 5 minutes to the Tram stop equivalent (Aksaray), and catch a tram to within ~200 metres of hotel

A good place to stay- and well positioned
A small inexpensive family owned hotel, positioned superbly in the old historic quarter with very easy access to the sights and trams. Found staff very helpful , and the Internet worked great both in the lobby and in my room on the first floor! This a an simple and unpretentious hotel that I can recommend and would be happy to return to on my next visit.

Hotel in a very nice location but services are lac
The hotel is situated in a very area in Sultanahmet, very close to Blue Mosque, Aya Sofya and Sultanahmet square. However the hotel can do better with the services. Not all basic amenities such as tea maker, safe were not present in the room. Also, couldn't find any porter service in the hotel. Having said that the receptionist and manager in the hotel are very very nice and cordial people

Great location
My husband and myself had a very enjoyable stay. Great location to see all the sights everything is in walking distance and I felt safe as I walked every morning early. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly (English speaking) always a smile on their faces. Rooms are a little small but very cosy and warm with hot water.

Very nice & helpful front desk staff. Loved the location. Excellent if you are staying few days because many important sights are within walking distance. As Americans we're used to larger spaces. While traveling in Europe we need to remember everything smaller. From rooms to shower stalls. So with that in mind this is a charming, true to region hotel!

Average hotel in good central location close to many of tourist sites. Reasonable value for money. Hotel a bit old fashioned and run down, but kept fairly clean. Towels and bed linen changed daily. Room very small, but included AC and wall safe. Beds confortable. Breakfast at 7 euros was expensive for what was on offer - cereals, fresh melon, cheese, cold meat,etc and was very similar every day. When hot dishes were available they didn't look very appetizing. Staff helpful but receptionist didn't speak good english, was new to job and didn't know the area.

Hotel stairs are tricky and steep. No inhouse restaurant, charge 5lira for a small cuppa. Breakfast not fit for purpose (all cold) and certainly not for 7Euro/pp. So called double rooms are meant for single traveller. Not cleaned/hoovered daily.Wardrobe meant for one.Certainly not worth for the amount charged. Get a better deal for the same amount in the UK. Staff are helpful but no communication, we were told on day one, that tea and coffeee would be complimentary (it was offered,we did'nt ask for it) but on the day of checking out we were made to pay by the staff who perhaps was not informed of this arrangement! very humiliating! Make sure you have plenty of Turkish Liras, Euros not really accepted except perhaps in the really Big Retail Outlets. We were pre-warned of pick-pockets. But the locals are really friendly and helpful.

I booked a single room for one night at this hotel on Hotels.com for 45 Euro. I was given a room on the 5th floor with a nice view which was a plus. The room was small but comfortable and the free wifi worked pretty well in the room. By the time I got around to showering the following morning around 10am there was no hot water. At breakfast the coffee is good but that is the only thing that is good. I would only recommend this hotel if you can get a good price.
