The 3 star rating has nothing to do with the staff, who were all excellent. It's more to do with policy. I chose to stay here in Turkey to recover from an operation. I wanted somewhere modern, clean, fairly quiet with a buffet breakfast and room service. All requirements were met. The main issue was the heating. The hotel is incredibly hot. All the time. It's 26c outside and this is considered winter, so they pump out hot air all the time. The aircon can not be activated in any room during the winter. It's April here. So I wasn't really able to sleep or rest well as I was baking continuously. I was also moved three times within the first 12 hours as there were electrical issues in two rooms. Which meant being on a different floor from my son who was visiting Istanbul with me. So if you like want a hotel with aircon and your not visiting in whatever the companies idea of summer is, be ready for a hot stay

It is good hotel and a great location. What I did not like about the room that the bathroom is divided to two one has the bath chair and the other for shower.

It was a great experience staying with Novotel. Super location, very friendly staff, clean rooms....just watch out the first row of parking slots in the B2 level. When you open the trunk of your car, it hits the above vent ducts.

The hotel is nice, the area as well… But.. I’m not satisfied with the cleanliness at all… I had a baby and I ordered a crib they didn’t make the crib neither the baby’s area of the room!

We had a nice stay the breakfast was delicious and the outside pool was nice , the pool attendant need’s some more job’s assigned to him rather than sitting on his phone all day . The room was nice the separate toilet was great. I was disappointed that it doesn’t have a smart tv and maybe 1 English Channel.

This hotel was located in a great area, everything was in walking distance and nice. The room was nice too but the bathroom smelled so bad, it had such a foul odor. Also, anytime we ran out of water (which should be complimentary) they made us pay for it. Otherwise the hotel was great.

We had a lovely stay at Novotel. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast options were absolutely delicious. The area around the hotel is lovely. Walkable, with a lot of restaurants and stores. Highly recommend!
