rooms are so spacious that you truly enjoy staying, beds and sofas are so comfortable, and bathrooms are nice and spacious too. staff are very friendly. location is amazing, just 5 minutes walk from Taksim square and few seconds wald from all restaurants, shops and kids playing area.

Breakfast was mediocre. Lack of bathroom hooks for towels and clothing was annoying. Inconvenient access to the shower. Hotel location very close to Istaklal Street.

If u want excellent location den best to stay here it's walkable distance from Taksim main Street square . Drawbacks road is narrow for car to come in and no swimming pool and lack of breakfast options ..der double room is huge opt for it

Stayed for 5 nights with family including kids. The area around the hotel is loud. The hotel building itself has a cafe on the ground floor with extremely loud music going late into the night. Some staff were friendly and nice, the manager however was rude and full of himself. Also, the breakfast is below average with stale /leftover items. The only good things was that the rooms being suites were big and spacious.

Nice and very large room in great location. The staff is polite and very helpful. Nice Turkish traditional restaurant on the ground floor. Huge variety of restaurants and shops around. I would definitely stay here again next visit.

Excellent location except that the cars are not able to reach the hotel destination but the staff is super nice and they help you out with the luggage. A very convenient area for the shopping street, a short walking distance to the metro station and the taxis. The rooms are really spacious and clean but the amenities are not wow. The hotel has a restaurant with a 24/7 room service but the breakfast was not wow. But all in all price wise, it was convenient for a tourist to stay in.

Room is huge and very spacious. Big comfortable bed. Location is also great, very convenient as it’s just beside Taksim. Service staff are very helpful. Only issue is that it’s along the rows of restaurants and bars, which played till 4 in the morning. Not recommended if you are a light sleeper as it was very noisy even with the windows closed.

Worth every penny!
Great staff member and excellent attitudes. Rooms were clean. First night slept in a standard room, that needed a small renovation, second night I upgraded to better room, which was very spacious and modern.

First I would to thank you Hotels.com for good response, this hotel is was so bad in service, room was different than pictures, its written delivery from airport and I called them before they said as free , but they charged me 45 € , it was so bad thing , im not happy for that. Regards

Great Stay in Taksim
Convenient location, just off Istiklal Avenue, near Taksim Square. Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and decent furniture. Staff members were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast crew. Breakfast was very good and served in a rooftop lounge with amazing views of Topkapi Palace, the Hagia Sofia, Sultanahmet (Blue) Mosque, Sultan Sulaimaniye Complex, and Galata Tower, among others. My only complaint is that my room smelled of smoke. I had a wonderful stay all the same.

The location is very central. Taksim square is less than 10 min away. Reception staff amaizing. Big thanks to Memduh. Great guy. The hotel is extremely clean. Rooms are big and very good decorated. Breakfast is on the top floor with an open veranda. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have much surely due to covid 19 restrictions.

Spent one night... quite fine overall.. warm reception; my room was comfortable (bathroom clean, bed comfy etc). Breakfast service was pretty standard and needs to improve a bit. Otherwise a very good choice for Taksim region
