The man at the front desk helped us acquire a card for public transportation and even helped us refill it. The hotel was accessible to the ferry and the staff helped us understand the system. All the workers were so attentive and kind, great customer service! "

"The room was cold even with the heat going. Did not get housekeeping on one day. This was convenient only due to the fact that it was the next building to where my relatives were for my visit. Room looks sterile, almost like a hospital, but space was decently thought out. Wi-Fi did not work for me in the room; but common area was filled with students hanging out so didn't spend time there to try."

"Initially at our arrival, the rooms offered were in a 4th floor with no elevators, the escalators were very uncomfortable. Then we were moved to a room on a 3rd floor that was awful too. Finally, the offered us a room on a 2nd floor in a terrible conditions and they charged us $100.00 extra"
