Overall not a pleasant experience for the price paid for the stay.. Hotel staff are not friendly at all, breakfast is very very poor, and the room is not comfortable.. Pillows are worn out and not comfortable, curtains are too small not covering the whole window letting the sun in, and the house keeping did not refill the coffee/water except when asked.. A very weird incident we faced is that we had the do not disturb sign on the door and the house keeping entered the room to give us water!! The hotel's location is not bad, close to many shopping places and food, but it has a horrible slope making it very difficult with a baby stroller.

Excellent location, close to a lot of luxury and touristic spots, such as Nisantasi & Taksim. The hotel is immaculate, deserves a higher rating. The staff are all professional and helpful especially Mr Selim and Emircan. I would recommend to families and couples.

When checking in the staff (Ahmet & Fateh)denied that our room came with free breakfast and told us it’s 5 Euros for breakfast I thought there might be a mistake happened during my booking after 2 days I checked my booking and found it was with free breakfast and went back to the staff and they told me will check again they came back and told me that I’m right, I asked for compensation for the 2 days and to talk to the manager but they refused both.

The deluxe suite wasn't to our expectations so we paid extra for an upgrade and were satisfied, there was a kitchenette but no cutlery, crockery or utensils, we had to request for these, no mugs to make tea in, only disposable cups, outside the small hill, where there were steps to climb up to the main road is not suitable for elderly or disabled, the reception and staff were friendly and cooperative, they sent us a few complimentary fresh fruits which was appreciated. Thank you for your kind Turkish hospitality

Pleasant stay but not great wifi
Large rooms. Fine breakfast. Wifi not so great. There are times, surprisingly in the early hours of the morning when it was so slow there was no connection, and at regular hours of the day where it was so-so. The window doesn't fully shut, no street noise but can hear call to prayer. The floorboard has taken some damage so the laminate moves in those areas.

Great customer service by the reception staff (Tolga & Elif). Very spacious, clean room which we comfortably enjoyed. Limited car parking space caused a bit of trouble (due to unfriendly, aggressive neighbouring hotel staff member), however staff were very supportive and helpful including the accountant whom gave us a hand to resolve the issue. Greatly appreciate their effort and would happily be going there again.

The hotel was ok. They seem to be in the middle of renovating it so some of the issues were understandable. The breakfast needed some work as options were limited.

great modern, clean, functional hotel
6 night business stay. wifi was great the whole time, no trouble. room was clean, comfortable and modern. near many other large hotels and the conference center. i was surprised the hotel was so nice for the rate, so was worried the pictures might be too good to be true, but i had a great stay. friendly reliable staff called me taxi whenever i needed.

We spent 3 nights in Harbiye Residence in a suite. The room was clean all the time. What we like most is the complementary coffe and tea 24/7 down in the restaurant. The receptionists were helpful and guide us for the best plan that you can safe time and money. I will rebook this hotel again. By the way, there is a bus station 1 minute away and the metro (Osmanbay) station less than 4 minutes walk-distance.

Everything about this hotel was excellent!!
The staff could not have been more helpful, from helping with parking our car, to tourist information, to providing and iron and ironing board. The breakfast was fantastic, the ambiance was restful, the room was huge, comfortable and included a spa bath in the bathroom.

nice little hotel away from old city .10 to 15 min walk to hotel from taksim square.clean and spotless.everyday cleaning in between 10 to11am.breakfast is limited and looks like scrambles egg and toast with some cold milk and hot milk and oats ..there is some selection of salads and cheese if you like them.biscuits and green tea available too.staff cant speak english but help in guiding and try to explain you in maps.totally good hotel and I will recommend it and go back again

I chose to stay here for a conference at the ICC in Istanbul. The hotel itself is only about 5-10 minute walk away from the centre so it was a good location for me, although the surrounding neighbourhood left a lot to be desired. The room was simple and comfortable, with working air conditioning. The shower was quite annoying as I couldn't get the overhead shower to work, just the wall one, which kept spinning around and getting water everywhere, other than that, no complaints about the room. Service was polite. Breakfast was basic cheese, meat and bread. Overall the hotel was adequate for my needs and well placed for the conference centre. Nothing fancy or flash, but then that wasn't what I was expecting.

Convenient location and friendly staff
The location was convenient to me as it was close to where I had my appointment. The staff were very friendly and helpful as they arrange transport and recommended shopping mall to spend few hours before my flight. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely go back in my next visit to Istanbul.

Great rooms, especially for nearby conferences
I rented the deluxe suite, but I was upgraded to the superior suite. It is on the top floor with a stunning, panoramic city view with a huge balcony. The hotel is very new and the service is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a nice perk, but it could use more variety. My room was very nice, but the AC stopped working after several days. I assume they will fix this eventually. The wireless internet was fast reliable, and the signal was reasonably strong for my laptop (but not my smartphone). The location is fantastic if you are attending conferences at the nearby conference center. Its also a great hotel for extended stays, owing to the kitchen with microwave and refrigerator. This is a rare luxury in Europe. Also, the location is fairly quiet (no road noise), except during Ramadan. Also, the noise from other rooms is audible, but not too bad. Overall, I was very happy. The only complain I have is that the maid service was a bit inexperienced and the rooms could be a little bit quieter. They forgot to replace the laundry bag, etc. But a call down to the front desk quickly cleared this up. Honestly, the quality and comfort of the room, combined with the good service and incredible balcony view really made this hotel an awesome experience. Go for the terrace / superior suite--its worth it.

Personalen var supertrevliga och hjälpsamma. Hotellet ligger dock på en väg som är svåråtkomlig och på en backe dessutom som gör det läskigt ( risk att ramla ner) med barnvagn eller äldre besökare. Rummet var stort och rent. frukosten sådär. Rekommenderar hotellet för närhet men utan frukost.
