立地が良く、部屋も綺麗で、朝食はテラスで景色を楽しみながら美味しい食事をいただけました。 とても良い宿です。 １つだけ難点としてあったのは、自分の部屋が受付から５歩の位置にあって、深夜まで物音や話し声が漏れ聞こえてきたことです。一応、耳栓やイヤホンをしていれば問題はないレベルです。

Our stay at Esans hotel was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond to assist in planning and booking activities/transportation. Special shoutout to the front desk staff for all their help! The included breakfast was very appreciated. It was filling and enjoyable. The staff preparing breakfast were so kind. Location was also great, very close to landmarks. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

Great for layover stay
I stayed here on a 17 hour layover. It was comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices have changed on shuttles to and from airport unlike the listing it is actually 50 euros. Shuttle was great. I did not get to enjoy breakfast as my flight was really early . The hotel is in a safe and convenient area , which suited me well as a solo woman traveller. It is not a fancy hotel but it has everything you need for a short stay .

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room cleaned every day, mattress was perfect, the view was nice, staff was always very respectful and helpful! The rooftop breakfast was a nice touch! I think the only thing that could improve is the deli meats diversity for breakfast and greens, but that is a matter of personal preference. Overall, we loved our stay at this historic hotel so close to the Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace! Thank you for everything!

In this hotel they are liars, they don't offer laundry and when you book a tour with them in your own language they give it to you in the language they want to give it to you and they don't tell you and when you demand that you give your money back they don't They want to give it back to you, I had to demand it for a long time until they gave me the money back.

Pics can be misleading!
I selected this hotel based on the price and expected a value worth my money. Unfortunately, what it had to offer did not amount to 1/3 of what I paid. Zero comfort, terrible food! To ask for about $140 per night for this hotel is OUTRAGEOUS! It’s not worth $50!

Unfortunately , you couldnot checked our hotel facilitys and possibilities , We are total 10 rooms hotel and you have stayed in 32sqm room. (Large room) For your next reservation, you need to check hotel FACİLİTİES (Swimming pool - elevator and etc.) afther all this search , you can check nightly cost as 2nd part. We are also sharring all the hoptel facilities at all reservations agency and on our website. We re really sorry to take this review from you . Because you only checked which hotel price is high. Great stay at this Hotel…..I arrived VERY early and obviously my room was not ready. I got a complimentary breakfast and an opportunity to freshen up for the day. It is a perfect location to explore the Old City…..short walks to main sites and restaurants ….yet nice and quiet to sleep. Had a very spacious room and breakfast was delicious with good variety to choose from. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Istanbul and will stay here again. The only downside is that the shower door opens to the inside of the shower and the shower is not that big. Not sure how a big person will get in and out.

Great stay!
Overall we had a great stay. The hotel is located very close to blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with a variety of delicious and fresh dishes. My only complaint was the air conditioning. It got quite warm during the day and the air conditioning didn’t make much of a difference. We had our AC checked couple times but it didn’t make a difference. Thankfully the staff was able to accommodate a fan for us which I think should be in all rooms.

The staff were very professional and extremely helpful. They were on hand to recommend tours and places to eat and was more than happy to book these on our behalf. They also helped us with navigating the public transport system.

location is excellent, walking distance from major sites. nice quiet street with old stairs and cats. very friendly staff. clean room and bathroom the economy rooms are very small which is fine if you are out the entire day, they are however literally in the lobby and it can be noisy when guests come in late. breakfast is nothing spectacular but will feed you appropriately. The big plus is that you can eat it on the terrace that has a Seaview.

small 10 room hotel, 24 hours reception, walkable 500 mr to Aya Sofia and tram, super friendly staff, guest room for late check out, fresh tasty breakfast (salads, eggs, cakes). Cook on site ready to take requests. I took a single room in end of March 2023. Hot water, aircon working but not needed, small TV, all working and clean.

I really like the room I upgraded to. It was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to the major attractions in the area and it's also a quiet area, no noise and safe. Would highly recommend especially to first time visitors to Istanbul.

Pros - access to important tourist areas. Staff tries their best to help. Very accommodating. Cons - too much eco friendly as the AC cannot stay on while you are out so you come into a warm room, for some reason getting towels is a hassle as we were provided with two bath towels for four people and had to explain ourselves when we asked for more. Blankets/comforters were not provided until we asked(when they were readily provided). Overall will I stay here again - well for ease of access/being in the center of everything - I will.

This hotel is a great value for the price paid. It is very near to the major attractions: the sea, the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque. I was able to spend a few days walking from the hotel to local attractions and parks. Great dining nearby. A wonderful hotel.

We loved our stay at Esans! Staff were very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was very good, and everyday you get to choose something a little different. The room was impeccable, and warm. It was pretty cold and rainy outside and that made it perfect inside. The location of this hotel couldn't be better, quietly located,but very close to main attractions. We will definitely stay again here! Thank you Esans Hotel!

Esans Hotel is a perfect choice for staying in Istanbul. Its location is perfect with a 2 minute walk to Haghia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque. A peaceful place with very friendly hotel staff. Breakfast is pretty good as well with a very kind breakfast lady. Would definitely recommend it to the first timers especially.

A good hotel close of everything
They have attention with the visitors. It’s a good hotel For the price. It’s close to everything. The lady that take care of breakfast is great. She cooks really well. The breakfast is the best at the hotel. And the guys at front desk. Specially who works during the night. But it disappeared a facelift cream. It is an expensive one. They have a safe locker but I didn’t know that I had to put this stuff at locker. That’s why I didn’t give 4 or 5 stars for service.
