"The one English-speaking reception staffer was very helpful and efficient. Good breakfast and aircon. Amazing robotic toilet seat/ auto flushing etc Nice shower. What I suggest is somewhere to hang our towels if we don’t need them washed every day. It’s a new hotel so we understand the new lifts are under construction. The 2 lifts make long waits for a high rise hotel. The TV turning on every time we enter the room is annoying. "

"Shower drain was a little slow. Room was overall clean and well maintained. Room key lock mechanism failed on 2nd day of 3 night stay. But the problem was fixed fairly quickly. The location was good. We were pleased overall. "

"We had a great stay at their hotel. Both owners were very sweet and hospitable. Started from the wife picking us up at the airport. (Sorry I forgot her name)When we got to the hotel she immediately added us to her WeChat so we could communicate with her easily. She was very sweet the first day she noticed we were under the weather so when we got to back to the hotel in the evening she brought us some plum tea which was very good. "Zeer gastvrij. Bij aankomst kreeg ik meteen eten, drinken en sigaretten aangeboden. 's avonds mocht ik mee eten met de familie en vrienden van het hotel. En ze hielpen uitstekend met het vinden van de uitzicht plekken. De gastheer is onwijs vriendelijk."

"Very nice hotel in the mountains with a good view. The hotel was decorated very nice for Christmas. The indoor swimming pool is not open year round like I thought though and the restaurants close earlier during non-peak travel season so rely on room service if you want food late (it was good food)."
