"The check in was simple, with clear instructions provided in the room. Access to good quality WiFi was again simple. I ate in the pub for breakfast and dinner, it was easy to put my dinner bill and associated drinks on my bill. All the staff were friendly and relaxed, despite being a busy bank holiday weekend, which is a credit to them. All the food was fantastic, served hot and without too much of a wait.
