On the third day morning they offered me hotel Mayur which is a right out substandard hotel. I looked it up and found out the fare was not matching or even in the same range. I denied to leave my room to which the manager started to say that they do not get the booking notification when its made through hotel.com....

"Everything from customer service to the management is pathetic, infact i would rate Expedia and the hotel staff as not at all cooperative and no one bothered to listen to my concern. i would never recommend anyone to book via expedia.....useless company to deal with"
