“Located in a good location , Clean But, staff very arrogant”
Located in a good location , Clean ,Cozy , Ample parking .But, staff very arrogant & doesn't have any hotel management skills. Room service costs 20% extra on the bill. Rest everything is upto the mark.
“Very Basic but Clean”
Ginger Goa was pretty much as expected - a 'no frills' hotel. The room and hotel were clean, airconditioned and secure but not much beyond this. A good choice if you want a central base between the big tourist beaches and you don't want to spend much time at the hotel.
“Comfortable and adequate”
The service was what really let this place down, but like with anything you get what you pay for. The reception is always busy and the staff are very slow to serve, almost painfully, and don't ask them any questions about tourist things to do or where to eat in panjim because they'd probably send you on a wild goose chase than actually tell you anything useful. Otherwise the rooms are clean and housekeeping are very good, except within regards to replacing toilet paper. Also they don't have a cricket channel and their pick of tv channels leaves a lot to be desired. It was a great location, but if you don't mind a good walk it would suit you. Also if you're planning on visiting beaches it's probably better that you stay at one rather than panjim because as a capital it actually has less ammenities than the beaches provide, within respects to restaurants, shops and generally just things to do. But it was cheap considering how expensive some stays in india can be.

If they improved room service and the maintenance of the rooms this would be a wonderful hotel to stay at. Good Value for a very affordable price!!.
“Clean and Friendly”
Ginger Goa was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and did what ever needed to be sure I had what I needed. It was a great bargain though removed from the tourist area but if you are passing through, have a car or have business in Goa, it is a great place to stay.

“Basic but good value”
Basic and comfortable hotel - but just that. Not much character - there are loads more beautiful places to stay in Goa. However if this is a quick trip and looking for a functional hotel this is good value and well located. Pros: comfy, big bed, air conditioned, decent size. Cons: Toilet's sewerage did smell once in a while - but this might be a general issue with sewerage in the area than a problem in the hotel itself. Also, very annoying that once you check out, there is nowhere you can leave your bags if your flight is later in the day.
