It was clean and staff was friendly. We were there 4 nights. The breakfast was good when they served it but two of days the used the excuse that their stove was broke and just had rolls and cereal, I didn’t believe it I think they just wanted to save money. According to other reviews they use this excuse a lot. It is sad that they do that because it is really a nice place. Great location for going to Everglades and the upper Keys.

Property was being rehaed but until then the existing rugs were filthy, elevator had fake tile sticker all over it. Furniture was filthy. Really should not have been occupiable until after rehab was complete. Been to many holiday inns. This did not meet the standard.
